Brown coal dryer description

Brown coal, also called lignite, usually contains 30-50% moisture, with the high volatile of  40-50%, and low caloric value of less than 3000 KCal/kg. Our brown coal dryer adopts high temperature rapid drying process, the utilization rate of hot air temperature is 40% higher than low temperature drying method. The common thermal efficiency is increased by 40%, thermal efficiency is as high as 90% of the heat source system, and total thermal efficiency is as high as 73%. The hot air at the end of the dryer could be reused at the beginning of the dryer to reduce heat loss.
