We produce impact crushers that are capable of crushing various types of large, medium and small sized materials such as rocks (stones). The materials to be crushed should have a side length that is less than 500mm. They have the ability to produce compression strength of up to 350Mpa. This series is applicable for crushing semi-hard materials as well as materials with small granularity.

Structure Features of Impact Crusher:

⑴ Tri-impact plate design increases the collision time, decreases the hard extrusion and hammer head attrition as well as prolongs the using life of corrosion-resistant parts.

⑵ Clearance between plate hammer and impact plate can be adjusted conveniently by the adjusting bolts, by doing this the output granularity can be effective controlled.

Working Principle of Impact Crusher:

The impact crusher has hammers that are attached to a rotor. A motor is used to drive the rotors causing the hammers to move at high speed when crushing the materials. Due to the high speed, the materials being crushed are continuouslythrown onto the impact chamber which is located above the rotor. This pattern is repeated until the materials are completely crushed to the desired size, after which they are discharged through the outlet.
